White Recruitment was founded in 2007 by Directors Lewis Richards and Jamie Wilson, who both remain at the helm today.

Operating nationally out of a base at Quartremaine Road in the Portsmouth’s Copnor district, White Recruitment has a database of around 300,000 candidates and 100,000 employers.

The Requirement

Interpro Technology Solutions has been looking after White Recruitment for the last seven years, initially providing broadband – lease line, a VoIP telephone system and ongoing IT support.

This developed into a need for optimised and integrated systems which allow the company’s workforce to manage and process heavy call volumes efficiently.
