Percival reached out to Interpro with the requirement for enhancing their existing Meeting Room due to increasing amounts of meetings both internally and via MS Teams. As the business continues with it oversea expansion the need for a slick, effective and easy to use digital meeting space was a high priority.
Percival also wanted external users and visitors to be able to present content without the need to install software or run additional cables directly to the TV.
Interpro suggested a custom built TV Media wall to allow any hardware and cables to be hidden and the installation of 2 x 65” TVs to allow presenting of meeting content on one screen, with the second screen dedicated for MS Teams participants, allowing you to always see users present in the meeting.
The Logitech Tap system installed on the Meeting Room table allows a HDMI cable to be plugged in from any machine and seamlessly present content across either or both TVs.
